Pointray (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd was established as a small cottage industry driven by local demand in tailoring and production of textile base products. For - seeing a promising potential domestic demand of product such as mattresses and cushions we ventured into high resilient foam base products.
Focusing on moulded mattress, pillows and cushion, the company’s activities were further diversified into the production of polypropylene furniture’s particularly meeting schools, learning institutions and offices furniture. The company is also on active wood base furniture producer meeting demand from government and private sector.
In anticipating with the government’s global warming policy, the company embarked into Kenaf Industry. Though at infant stage, we engaged our self into serious Research and Development on kenaf based product. This industry directly benefits local farmers and we forecasted to be a great potential to engineer wood base industry.
Concurrently Pointray is also active in providing domestic services such as providing hired / maintenance of furniture for local learning institutions country wide. Managing resort and catering are among services provided by our company. Our business is inspired into venturing potential market basing on locally available feedstock as our fundamental obligation to other local industry.
